Pratap Singh Bajwa further wrote, chief minister Bhagwant Mann has stabbed the punjab government
employees in the back by making false promises. Last year, from october 10 to october 22, the employees went
on strike on the OPS issue. cm Mann and the government. The strike was called off after the announcement of
implementation of OPS.
‘AAP government has turned a blind eye’
Bajwa said that more than 50 thousand employees of 52 government departments are members of the Punjab
State Ministerial Staff Union, who are on strike for the last one month. But, the aam aadmi party government
has turned a blind eye. Due to the PSMSU strike, salaries of about 2 lakh punjab government employees have
also been delayed. He has accused cm Mann of harassing the employees as well as the common people.
Questions were raised on primary health center
Earlier, the congress leader had also cornered the punjab government regarding the plan to open primary health
centres. He posted on X that the punjab government is now planning to explore the possibility of reopening of
primary health centers in the state, as the Union health Ministry has stopped funds of Rs 650 crore under the
National health Mission. It seems that a better understanding has been reached and cm Mann is now planning to
reopen the PHC. Always better late than never. However, the AAP government should also explain who will be
responsible for the expenditure incurred in converting the PHCs into common man clinics.
