Naresh Goyal, who was produced in the court by the enforcement officers, tearfully cried out before the judge that he would rather die than stay in jail. Naresh Goyal and his wife Anita Goyal have been in judicial custody since september 14 last year. On Saturday, he was produced before the court after naresh Goyal demanded that he be produced before a judge. He also complained of blood in urine sometimes.

He told the judge that when he was taken to the hospital, there was always a long queue of patients and hence he could not see a doctor on time.
