Meanwhile the first shift of the competency test started at 10 am. The exam continued till 12:30 pm. The employed teachers who came out after giving the examination said that the government's claim was absolutely wrong and it was a minor examination. This exam is not a minor one but a joke has been made in the name of minor. Many employed teachers who appeared for the first shift examination said that the questions were very difficult. However, some teachers also said that the examination is absolutely right for granting the status of state employee.

Actually, talks were held with five employed teachers who came out of the center after the first shift examination. Two teachers said that the exam was appropriate for granting the status of state employee. It was a mixed question. Three teachers said that the exam was hard. A teacher said that this was not a trivial exam, but the questions were very difficult. The paper was on the lines of BPSC. Two teachers said that the level of the paper was fine. Hopefully we will become government employees. The question was not very difficult. In the end a teacher said that this exam was something outside the syllabus.
