Guddu Jamali today took membership of Samajwadi party along with thousands of friends. Guddu Jamali was an mla on the symbol of Bahujan Samaj party from 2017 to 2022, but during the 2022 elections, he tried to resign from the Bahujan Samaj party and join SP, but during that time things could not work out in the Samajwadi Party.
Meanwhile after this, Guddu Jamali contested the elections on the symbol of Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM. Although he lost the election. After this, after akhilesh yadav left the Azamgarh lok sabha seat, he joined the Bahujan Samaj party and contested the lok sabha elections from Azamgarh on its symbol in the by-election held here. Due to Guddu Jamali contesting the election, dharmendra Yadav of SP lost the election to bharatiya janata party by about 8000 votes.
Joining today, Shivpal Yadav said, Guddu Jamali has joined us for life today and we also assure him that he and his colleagues will be respected by SP.
