How many complaints were received through the C-Vigil app? 

As per the instructions of the election commission of India, speedy and time-bound disposal of election-related complaints is also being ensured in the indore district of Madhya Pradesh. The c-Vigil app is proving to be very helpful in the speedy resolution of election-related complaints. Since the implementation of the code of conduct during the lok sabha elections in the district, 80 complaints received so far through the C-Vigil app have been resolved within the time limit.

DM and district Election Officer ashish Singh said that a control room has also been created in the Collectorate and district Election office to receive and resolve election-related complaints. This control room is working continuously 24X7.

As soon as the Model Code of Conduct came into force in madhya pradesh on march 16, complaints started being received on the C-Vigil app. Since then, a total of 80 complaints have been received through this app in the indore district. All these complaints have been resolved expeditiously. collector ashish Singh has requested the citizens that if they want to make any direct complaint related to violation of the Model Code of Conduct in elections, they can do so through the C-Vigil app.

How to complain about the C-Vigil app?

To complain about the C-Vigil app, the concerned citizen will have to go to the google Play Store and download the C-Vigil app. For this, whenever a citizen gets information about any such incident, he will have to upload a photo or video on the C-Vigil app. After receiving the complaint, action will be taken within the next 100 minutes.
