The high court has rejected the petition demanding the removal of delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal from the post. delhi high court rejected the petition while reprimanding the petitioner sandeep Kumar. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 50 thousand on him. The high court warned that the judicial system should not be mocked. sandeep Kumar is a former mla of the aam aadmi party (AAP). On april 8, the delhi high court had said regarding the petitioner (Sandeep Kumar) that this has been filed for publicity, we can impose a heavy fine.
What was the demand of the petitioner?
According to news agency PTI, sandeep Kumar had said in the petition that the unavailability of the AAP leader complicates the constitutional system. As per the mandate of the Constitution, he can never act as chief minister from jail. delhi high court has so far rejected three petitions demanding the resignation of kejriwal since his arrest.

Arvind kejriwal was arrested by the Central Investigation Agency ED on march 21. After this, the court sent him on ED remand on march 22. On april 1, the court sent him to judicial custody till april 15. Since Kejriwal's arrest, bjp has been demanding resignation from the post of Chief Minister. Today itself bjp protested near the headquarters of aam aadmi party (AAP) located on DDU Marg. party workers were trying to reach the AAP headquarters but were stopped by the police. aam aadmi party (AAP) says that this is a political conspiracy, and arvind kejriwal will not resign from the post of Chief Minister.
