Non-cognizable case registered against accused youth

When the video of prasad Sharad Gondhali went viral on social media, the police took cognizance and registered a case against him for violating confidentiality norms related to the voting process. A non-cognizable case has been registered against prasad Sharad Gondhali at Revdanda police station.

A similar case has also come to light from madhya pradesh where a case has been registered against two people including a bjp leader accused of breaking the secrecy of voting. These people had made a video from their mobile while casting their vote. After which he uploaded the video on social media.
