Scorching heat is falling in Haryana-Punjab! 

The heat is increasing in Haryana-Punjab and the capital of both the states, Chandigarh. Meanwhile, chandigarh Meteorological Department scientist ajay Kumar Singh has expressed the possibility of heatwave in haryana and punjab from 16 to 18 May. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert on May 16 and 17, while an orange alert has been issued on May 18. Along with this, it has been told that there is no possibility of rain in Haryana-Punjab for the next 5 to 7 days.

According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature of Haryana-Punjab and chandigarh will increase during the next 5 days. The temperature may increase by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius. From 16 to 18 May, the temperature in some parts of Haryana-Punjab may reach 46 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, the temperature in chandigarh and other parts of punjab can go up to 41 to 44 degrees Celsius. In view of this, the possibility of heat wave has been expressed in punjab and haryana from 16 to 18 May.

Alert of severe heatwave in bathinda, Gurugram and Hisar

At the same time, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of severe heatwave on May 18 in punjab South West districts like bathinda and Haryana's Gurugram, Hisar. In haryana, a decrease of 1.7 degrees Celsius was recorded in the minimum temperature on tuesday as compared to Monday. In haryana, the lowest temperature of 20.7 degrees Celsius was recorded in Karnal on tuesday, while the highest temperature was recorded in Sirsa of 43.1 degrees Celsius.
