UP police said that information was received about the arrival of Nitin Kundi on deva Road, Chinhat. After this, two people reached there with a car without number plate. The police tried to stop their car but they increased the speed of the car and started firing. After this the police retaliated and Nitin Kundi got shot.
Let us tell you that Nitin's companion fled on the spot. Nitin was also trying to run away but in retaliatory firing the police bullet hit him in the leg and he got injured. He has been admitted to ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. After the information, the forensic team also reached the spot. 32 bore pistol and several cartridge cases have been recovered from the car of the miscreants.
There are 8 criminal cases registered against Nitin Kundi. The first case was registered against him in Chinhat police station in the year 2017. After that in the year 2022, a case of SC-ST was registered. This year, a case of attempt to murder was also registered against him.
