After the arrest of bookies from bjp leader's house…?

24 hours ago, on the instructions of police officers, lakhs of rupees used in betting were recovered from the house of a bjp leader in Khajrana police station area of Indore. In this case, on Friday, indore police has suspended the Khajrana in-charge considering his role as suspicious.   This action has been taken on the instructions of DCP. It is being told that action may be taken against more policemen in this case. Betting was being played at the house of a bjp leader in Khajrana area of Indore. In this case, station in-charge Sujit Srivastava has been suspended following the instructions of senior officers.   Following the orders of police officials, the bjp leader's house was raided, in which a large amount of cash was also recovered.

Rs 12 lakh were seized

Following the instructions of the Assistant police Commissioner of Zone 2, a team was formed, which caught betting being played on a large scale in Ashrafi Colony of Khajrana area on May 22. An FIR was also lodged in Khajrana police station in this matter. It is being told that betting was being played on a large scale here and the police team had arrested six accused and seized about Rs 12 lakh. Eight mobile phones and nine bundles of betting slips were seized from the bookies. Betting was going on on such a large scale in Khajrana area and the police station in-charge was not even aware.

These accused were arrested

In this case, the house of Salim Mansoori and his son Alam Mansoori was raided by Assistant police Commissioner krishna Lalchandani after obtaining a search warrant. Six accused Salim Mansoori, Alam Mansoori, Raees Khan, Irfan Patel, Yusuf Khan and Munawwar were arrested on the spot. A total of Rs 11,77,500 in cash, 8 mobile phones, 9 bundles of betting roll slips have been seized from the accused. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 419 of the IPC and Section 3/4 of the Public Gambling Act and investigation has been started.
