Rajasthan government alert amid scorching heat!!!

Rajasthan is in the grip of severe heat and heat wave. fire is raining from the sky. The government has alerted the health department. Under heatwave management, regular monitoring of health services is being done in hospitals. Medical institution wise nodal officers have been appointed in the districts. Medical institution wise nodal officers will coordinate and ensure arrangements for prevention, investigation, medicine and treatment from heatwave. Additional Chief Secretary of Medical health Department, Shubhra Singh said that district Hospital, Sub district Hospital, CHC Community health Center, Subdivision Officers in Primary health Center, Tehsildar and other administrative officers have been made nodal officers.

The nodal officer will inspect the hospital daily and take stock of the arrangements. Will also give information to the district Collector regarding the requirements in the hospital. director Public health said that one person has died in the state due to heat wave on Sunday. He told that 40 year old Moti Singh, resident of sharan village of Ajmer, was a Bihari labourer. While filling letters in Rupangarh village on Saturday, his health suddenly deteriorated. Moti Singh was brought to CHC Rupnagar.

Deployment of nodal officers under heatwave management

Considering the situation, he was referred to district Hospital Kishangarh. After giving treatment as per the protocol and guidelines, the patient was sent to Kishangarh in an ambulance. But he died on the way. Medical and health Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar has called a high level meeting on 27th and 28th May regarding heatwave management and seasonal diseases. In the meeting of the department on May 27, we will take stock of the preparations made regarding heatwave management and seasonal diseases. A review meeting of the Medical education Department will be organized on 28th May. Nodal officers have been instructed to work in coordination with the district administration
