After the approval of PM Modi, now the 17th installment of Kisan Samman nidhi is sure to come in the bank accounts of farmers. After signing the file, the PM has said that the welfare of farmers is the top priority of our government.

9.3 crore farmers will benefit

Prime minister Narendra Modi has approved the release of Rs 20,000 crore of Kisan Samman nidhi as the first file. This step of the PM will benefit 9.3 crore farmers, in whose accounts 2-2 thousand rupees of Samman nidhi will reach. Let us tell you that this scheme was started by the government of prime minister Narendra Modi, under which farmers are given an amount of 6-6 thousand rupees annually. So far, 16 installments of this have been received by the farmers.

Right now getting 6 thousand rupees, soon will get 12 thousand rupees

Right now farmers are getting 6 thousand rupees in a year under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, but prime minister Modi had announced to increase this amount during the lok sabha election campaign. He had said that after his government is formed, this amount will be increased to Rs 12,000 per annum. PM Modi has now started preparations for this as soon as the government is formed.

After approving the proposal to distribute Rs 20,000 crore to the farmers, PM Modi said that our government is committed to farmer welfare. He said, 'That is why after taking charge, I am signing the first file related to farmers. We want to do more work for farmers and agriculture sector in the coming time.'

If the amount has not reached your account, do this work

The installment of PM Kisan Yojana reaches directly to the bank account of the beneficiaries associated with it. If this amount has not come to your bank account, then you have to do the following things immediately-

First of all, open the official website of PM Kisan Yojana pmkisan.gov.in on the browser.

After this, click on 'Beneficiary List' in 'Farmers Corner' and check your name in the list of beneficiaries.

Here another page will open, where after filling the state, district, tehsil, block and village, you will have to press the 'Get Report' button.

If your name is in the beneficiary list, but eKYC is not updated, then update it immediately by going to pmkisan.nic.in

After clicking on OTP based eKYC in the 'Farmers Corner' section of this website, enter your Aadhaar number.

After entering the Aadhaar-linked mobile number, click on 'Get OTP' and fill the OTP and your eKYC will be completed.

If your eKYC is updated, the installment can be stopped even if the land verification is not done or the bank account number is wrong.
