This incident of fire took place in a high-tech tent city near Chamanganj police post of Jhunsi police station area in the outer area of sector 22 of the fair area. To reach this tent city, one has to pass through such a difficult path, which you cannot even imagine. Where even two-wheelers cannot run properly. Meanwhile, a shocking revelation has been made that this tent city was built illegally without any permission. About a hundred VIP category camps were set up in this tent city. There is also a VIP restaurant and Yagyashala in the tent city. This tent city has been set up by a private company named Justa Shivir. Geysers and other high class facilities have been provided in the camps set up here.

The board installed at the entry gate of this tent city named Justa Shivir has the pictures and names of two Mahamandaleshwars of Juna Akhara of sanyasis. On the left side, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Avimuktanand's name and their picture are displayed and on the right side, female Mahamandaleshwar Sadhvi Mukteshwari Giri's name and their picture are displayed. An attempt has been made to show that this tent city has been set up by these two Mahamandaleshwars. Female Mahamandaleshwar Sadhvi Mukteshwari Giri was seen present in this tent city.
She directly denied her name being linked to the tent city. In an informal conversation, she said that if a devotee puts his Guru's picture in any work, then there is nothing wrong in it but the Guru has no involvement in it. However, she refused to say anything on camera. The question arises whether the saints are being misused by keeping their names and pictures in front.
