A case has come to light in which a head constable was hit and allegedly dragged for more than 7 km on the bonnet of a car to escape from the police in Bhalswa landfill area of North Delhi. police have arrested a person in this case. A team was sent to Kolkata, where the accused was arrested after following legal procedures. police said that Karmaveer is being brought back to delhi for questioning.
