🧘 Fasting Guidelines

🙏 Spiritual Significance of Ekadashi

Ekadashi is the 11th lunar day (tithi) occurring twice each lunar month — during Krishna Paksha and Shukla Paksha. Fasting on Ekadashi is believed to strengthen devotion to Lord Vishnu, cleanse the mind and body, help destroy past sins, and bring peace and spiritual upliftment. Devotees also observe silence or maun vrat and read sacred scriptures on this day.
