As per report team India's 2-time World Cup-winning pacer S sreesanth has reacted strongly to england all-rounder Ben Stokes' comment which suggested that former india captain ms dhoni showed 'no or little intent' while chasing a massive total of 338 runs against the Three Lions in a 2019 world cup match.S sreesanth, whose ban is due to end in september this year, went on to claim that ms dhoni is a person who remembers everything and he might end Stokes' career. The 37-year-old mocked ben stokes, the world number 2 all-rounder in ODI cricket, and said he hasn't even got the potential to dismiss MS Dhoni.
"Main toh thoda yehi bolunga ben stokes ko, ki dua karo ki dhoni bhai aapke khilaaf dobara na khele. dhoni bhai ke memory se kuch bhi nahi jaata hai(I just wish and pray stokes doesn't face ms dhoni in any match in the future. Because, dhoni isn't one to forget such things in a jiffy)."
sreesanth, who plans to make a comeback for india after his ban ends, added that he was looking forward to bowl at England's 2019 world cup hero."I just want to say that ben stokes you have been playing for the last 4-5 years since I was not playing, I am really looking forward to bowl to you brother. Just to give an answer to what you told about Dhoni." Ben Stokes' comment in his autobiography 'On Fire' has led to a lot of debate. Many former cricketers from pakistan including Abdul Razzaq have said that india lost intentionally to england as they didn't want pakistan to qualify for the semifinals.
