Neeraj Chopra won gold by throwing the javelin at a distance of 88.17 meters in the javelin final at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Following this, a Hungarian fan approached Neerj Chopra and asked for his autograph on the indian national flag. Chopra, who refused to sign the national flag, did not want to disappoint the fan by signing it on the right arm of her t-shirt.
