Mallu beauty Nikhila vimal had made her film debut with tamil movies Vetrivel and Kidaari, both rural entertainers Directed by newbies and both featuring director turned actor sasikumar in the lead role, and both movies ended flops. The actress then acted in several low budget movies. She even acted with Ma Ka Pa for a low budget movie titled 'Panjimittai'.
She was last seen in tamil in the movie 'Thambi' where she paired with Karthi. This is her first big venture with leading actors. In malayalam, she was seen in 'Anjaam Pathiraa'. Even though she did a cameo role, the movie was a huge success.
Now, fortunes have turned in her favor as she has been roped in to do the female lead role in Dulquer Salman's next movie. The actress has signed her first biggie in Malayalam. The movie is yet-to-be-titled and will go on floors once the pandemic fades out.
