Jack Quaid, actor of The Boys, predicts that the third season will be even more screwed up than the previous two. Quaid, hot after the popularity of Scream 2022, will make his return in the superhero black comedy alongside Karl Urban, Antony Star, Erin Moriarty, and Dominic McElligott. Season 3 will release on amazon Prime on june 3 and will consist of 8 episodes.

The Boys is based on the superhero television series and follows the titular vigilante squad as they fight to stop powerful humans from abusing their abilities. The series immediately gained a reputation for including explicit images of nakedness and violence to defy the superhero genre's reputation for being family-friendly. Jensen Ackles, best known for his role on Supernatural, will join The Boys in season 3 as Soldier Boy, a comic book protagonist who will be portrayed as evil in comparison to his harmless counterpart.

In a conversation with TheWrap, Quaid discusses how the third season of The Boys will surpass the previous two seasons and will be unlike anything the show has accomplished before. He goes on to state that the next season would be plenty of those who as well as the series' trademark wacky moments. Quaid also discusses filming the third season, claiming that it was the most fun he'd ever had on set, with the show's experienced cast members able to make it more effective than ever before.
