Cops who ride scooters without helmets face backlash..?

Without a helmet, both the driver and the passenger of a two-wheeled vehicle may suffer serious injuries. As a result, when a twitter user saw two police officers riding a scooter without helmets, he took their photo and tweeted it. Numerous others took notice of the image, including mumbai Traffic police, who vowed to take "stern actions" against the officers. This comes after police agencies all around india regularly used their social media accounts to raise awareness about traffic safety.

"What if we travel in this way? Isn't this a breach of the traffic laws? rahul Barman, a twitter user, shared a photo.

In a prompt reply to the tweet, mumbai Traffic police requested more information from Barman so that required action could be taken. They asked for the precise location of the required activity. Barman said, "Eastern Express Highway (Dadar)," to this.

The police department then gave Barman the assurance that severe measures would be taken against the officers and that they had informed the Matunga traffic division of the situation. We have shared this with top Matunga traffic division official for the appropriate harsh actions," Mumbai Traffic Police wrote on Twitter.

"No wonder," someone said, "since they choose to ignore the person riding beside them instead of catching them." Another person said, "We get fined within a few hours on our registered mobile number if we ride a scooter without a helmet." You did a good job, said a third.
