
The police of Welcome police station in the North-East district of delhi has arrested three notorious criminals, revealing a sensational robbery case. All three criminals used to rob passengers by posing as passengers in autos. The accused first deceived the minor student by promising to give him his bag in exchange for fake notes and then when he refused, they took him out of the auto and forcibly snatched his belongings.
17-year-old student Shivam, a resident of Bulandshahr, lodged a complaint in Welcome police station on april 27 that he had boarded an auto from Kashmiri Gate bus stand to go to anand Vihar. There were already two passengers in the auto including the driver. As soon as they reached near Welcome metro station, both the passengers pretended to get down and while getting down, they snatched Shivam's bag, mobile phone, documents and cash and fled.

delhi police immediately registered a case and started investigating the incident and within a few days, caught all the three criminals involved in the crime. The victim's stolen mobile phone, bag and other belongings were recovered from the arrested accused. The police also seized two bundles of fake notes and the auto used in the crime.
The accused used to target innocent passengers
Among the arrested accused, Salim, Rustam and akash are residents of JJ Colony Bawana. These people have already gone to jail in cases of robbery and fraud. During interrogation, they confessed that they often used to stand with autos near bus stands and metro stations. They used to deceive the passengers on the pretext of dropping them to their destination. On the way, they used to try to snatch the goods by giving them 'bundles of fake notes'. On protest, they used to forcibly snatch the goods and run away.
