India's telecom market has become a hotspot for the world's big tech companies these days. Earlier, Elon Musk's company SpaceX tried to enter india through its satellite internet project 'Starlink', and now amazon owner jeff bezos is also not far behind. amazon is all set to start satellite internet service in india through its project 'Kuiper'.

amazon trying to get approval from DoT

amazon has contacted the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) to start this service in India. The company wants to know how long it will take to get the necessary approval i.e. 'Letter of Intent' (LoI) to start Project Kuiper in India. The interesting thing is that Kuiper's application is before Starlink, but has not been approved yet.

The goal is to provide internet across the country

Under Project Kuiper, amazon is working on a plan to build 10 ground stations and two large hubs in two big cities of india, mumbai and Chennai. The biggest focus of this satellite internet service is on those areas where the reach of internet is very low or not at all. That is, its main objective is to provide high-speed internet to villages and remote areas.

Deadline to activate half satellites by 2026

Project Kuiper was started in 2019 and under this, a total of 3,236 satellites are to be deployed in low Earth orbit. amazon has received approval from the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), but under this it will be necessary to activate half the satellites by mid-2026. The company's start pace has been a bit slow, so it is believed that it may request to extend this deadline.

Direct competition with Starlink

Needless to say, Project Kuiper will compete directly with Starlink. Both focus on providing broadband internet through low-orbit satellites. Not only this, amazon is also preparing to compete with global telecom companies like AT&T and T-Mobile through this project.

Be careful! One mistake of yours can turn AC into a blast machine

As soon as the summer season arrives, air conditioners (AC) start running in every home, office and shop. AC has become the easiest and most effective way to get relief from the scorching heat. But do you know that this very relief machine can sometimes cause dangerous accidents? Every year, there are reports of AC blasts from many parts of the country, such accidents have recently been reported in cities like Hyderabad, delhi and Meerut.

But the question is why does this happen? Is the rising heat the only reason for this or is our carelessness also responsible somewhere? Let us know some of the major reasons behind AC blasts, which if understood in time, can prevent major accidents.

Electrical fault

One of the major reasons for sudden blast in AC is the electrical fault in it. Sometimes there is a problem in the internal wiring or a short circuit occurs in some part. If the AC is not serviced in time, this small problem can become a big accident. Therefore, it is important to get the AC checked and serviced regularly.

Overheating of the compressor

When it is very hot, we often keep the AC running for hours without stopping, sometimes up to 15-18 hours. This puts constant pressure on the compressor and it overheats. When the compressor overheats, the chances of fire or blast increase greatly.

Gas leakage

If the gas used in the AC starts leaking, then this situation becomes even more dangerous. Overheated compressor and gas leakage together can cause a blast. Therefore, get the gas checked during every servicing.

Wrong or cheap wiring

If poor quality wires have been used in the wiring while installing the AC, then it can prove to be dangerous after some time. Many people get local wiring done to save money, which cannot bear much load and causes a short circuit. This increases the risk of blast.
