The court has sentenced the accused to life imprisonment in the case of murder that took place four years ago in the Kadaura police station area of Jalaun. Along with this, the court has also imposed a fine of 60 thousand rupees on the accused. The accused had shot dead a youth named Amir Hamza with an illegal pistol, who had gone to a shop away from his home to buy goods. After this decision given by the court after four years, the family of the deceased has now got justice.

How did this incident happen?

The case is of Chatela village of Kadaura police station area. Amir Hamza, a resident of this place, had gone to Amjad's shop of his own village to buy goods on 5 april 2021. From where he was returning home with the goods. Meanwhile, Rashid son Ibrahim of the same village, who was already waiting in ambush on the way, attacked Amir Hamza and shot him dead with an illegal pistol. After committing this incident, the accused absconded. On receiving the information of the incident, the police came into action mode. The police investigated the accused and arrested him two days later from near the tubewell of the village. After which the accused Rashid was sent to jail.

This is the reason for the murder

Government advocate Brajraj Singh, who is pleading the case, said that the accused Rashid was pressurizing the deceased Amir Hamza to compromise in another case. When the other party did not compromise, the accused committed this incident. In which he shot the young man with a pistol, who died on the spot. In this case that lasted for about four years, on Friday, Special Judge of SC/ST court, Mr. suresh Kumar sentenced the accused to life imprisonment, along with this the court has also imposed a fine of 60 thousand rupees on the accused. After this decision of the court, the family members of the deceased youth have said that now our son has got justice.
