Ingredients:
- Egg – 3
- Maida – 1 cup
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – ½ cup
- Carrot – 1
- Coriander – 1 cup
- Green chilli – 8
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Curry leaves
- Haldi – ¼ tsp
- Jeera – ¼ tsp
- Laban/Buttermilk – ¼ cup
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon Juice – 1 small lemon
Method:
- Keep ready :Grind 5-6 green chilies and ginger together and set aside.
- Grated Carrot & coriander cleaned and finely cut.
- Tadka of Jeera and 2 piece chilies and curry leaves made and kept aside
- Sieve maida and baking powder.
- Beat eggs till they are Fluffy. Then slowly add in the oil while beating.
- Also add in haldi, salt and sugar while beating till they completely mix.
- Now add maida little at a time while mixing with a spatula.
- Add carrot , coriander, laban/buttermilk, lemon juice, and the tadka.
- Transfer the mix into a greased and powdered bread tray.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
