INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup fresh strawberry's; 1 small banana slice; 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt.
METHOD:
Blend all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender till frothy.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
