Women should be accustomed from an early age to be stress free. There should not be expectations wherever you go, especially as outdoors. It can cause stress when it is not available. And don't look down on anyone. This can also cause stress.




Adolescence:

Adolescent women should first be taught about genital hygiene and the menstrual cycle. It should be made clear that this is normal. Because this inexplicable fear can cause stress to those children. Telling them to lie down alone, especially in bed, can trigger stress. Alternatively, if the baby is taught that things about health and sex are (gradually) that menstruation is a hormone secretion then they will keep themselves physically and mentally ready. Thus they will not be subject to stress problem in future. Thus teaching them how to handle lifestyle and health issues at the appropriate age until they leave school and college will keep them stress free.



After marriage:

Even the small things that women face in their new marriage can cause them stress. What matters is that men and women are equal but women need some time to adapt to the situation in the new home. Otherwise they may get depressed. If the pregnancy continues until they understand the house they may be depressed. Postpartum hormonal levels may then increase stress.




They only know when they notice that they are getting angry. Before menstruation they know to have anger without any connection. Thus the mind should be focused before the next menstrual cycle so that there is no anger during this period. Making everyone in the family understand that this is a hormonal imbalance in the body can greatly reduce stress.



Menopause:

Women approaching the age of menopause can be protected from stress once they begin to experience symptoms. Mood swing is normal as this period approaches. Anger for no reason, hatred begins and eventually comes to a standstill. In the past, parents did not put pressure on their children to read, but now they also face stress by pushing their children step by step. They also put pressure on children. Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions. The idea that children should be with them even in old age should not be rooted in the mind. This can also cause stress in older women. If you see a doctor when your depression is severe, it can be treated with medication.
