Abortion Rights..! Fundamental right of women..!?

Protests have erupted over the US Iowa supreme court ruling against abortion protection. abortion rights activists march outside the US supreme court in Washington to protest the court ruling. Currently, the court’s ruling overturns its 2018 ruling. The ruling in 2018 recognized the right to abortion as a fundamental right of a woman in the state of Iowa. The state high court overturned a law requiring 72 hours of abortion in a 2018 ruling by the state's Republican governor before appointing four of the current seven judges. The debate over abortion in the united states has intensified as the court ruling goes against the principle of individual liberty.
Crisis for women:
Women face a crisis over reproductive rights in the United States. Many provinces have imposed restrictions on abortion. The Iowa court ruling of june 17, 2022, along with the possibility of upholding the right to abortion in 1973, is said to give Iowa politicians more opportunity to enforce stricter abortion restrictions. The Iowa supreme court of the united states has handed down its judgment in a lawsuit against the 2020 law, which provides for a 24-hour waiting period before an abortion.

The court's 2018 ruling recognizing the constitutional right to abortion stated that it "does not adequately recognize that human lives are in danger in the future."

However, the case was transferred to the lower court for further review. In their case against the waiting period, Planned Parenthood claimed that it violated the practical provisions of the law and created an illegal bar for women who wished to have an abortion.
It is noteworthy that in the legal session created by the supreme court system after the 2018 ruling, Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds nominated four of the seven members. Although the court on friday rejected the constitutional provision for abortion, it did not specify what the new criteria should be.
