South Superstars Flop in Bollywood...

South superstar Chiyan vikram entered bollywood with the aim of making a splash at the box office but his film could not woo the hindi audience. Let's take a look at the superstars of the South, who did wonders in their regional languages, but as soon as they were turned to bollywood, their films were seen to flop at the box office.

1. Suriya

Suriya, one of the biggest stars of the tamil film industry, is not interested in any identity today. But Suriya's first hindi film could not woo the audience at the box office. The actor made his hindi film debut in 2010 with Rakth Charitra 2. It failed to do well at the box office and his acting did not get much attention from the people. Since then he has not acted in any other bollywood film. 

2. ram Charan

Ram Charan can be called a pan india superstar based on the recent success of SS Rajamouli's RRR. His film rrr with jr ntr broke the records of hindi belt films. His film ran unbridled at the hindi box office and did a business of crores of rupees. However, he made his bollywood debut with the 2013 film Zanjeer. The audience could not give their love to this film.

3. Chiyan Vikram

South superstar Chiyan vikram made his debut in hindi film with abhishek bachchan and aishwarya Rai starrer Raavan released in 2010. The film, directed by Mani Ratnam, was very close to the character of Ravana from the epic Ramayana. Vikram, who wooed the audience in the hindi dub of Anniyan, was not noticed in Mani Ratnam's film. 

4. prithviraj Sukumaran

Malayalam superstar prithviraj Sukumaran worked with rani Mukerji in his first hindi film Aiyyaa. This film was released in the year 2012 and the film was a big disappointment at the box office. 

 5. Tamanna Bhatia

Before making her debut in South Cinema, Tamanna started her acting career with the bollywood film - Chand Sa roshan Chehra. This film was released in 2005 the film was badly beaten at the box office.
