After an extremely lengthy wait, the pre-booking period for Shah Rukh Khan's next movie Pathaan is now open, and fans are now literally counting down the days till the film's january 25 release date.
Shah Rukh Khan hosted another #AskSRK session on his twitter account today, in which he responded to fans' questions on the micro-blogging service. There are only four days left before Pathaan is set to release internationally on january 25. The telugu movie icon ram charan received a unique request from SRK while he was responding to one of his followers.
A follower of his enquired, "Hi Sir, Shah Rukh Khan was asked, "Will you visit any theatre in telugu states on the day the film is released?," to which he responded, "Yeah if ram charan takes me! ". The ball is now on Charan to respond to SRK and formally accept his invitation to accompany him to a theatre in a telugu state on Wednesday, january 25, if he chooses to do so.
In the meantime, Pathaan's advance reservations are steadily smashing records. According to many trade portals, the movie, which also stars deepika padukone and john Abraham, has already made more than Rs 10 crore from first-day ticket sales and is expected to have a huge opening weekend.
