Mahesh Koneru, a young telugu producer, died of heart arrest at his home in hyderabad on Tuesday. Jr. ntr came to twitter to express his condolences at the demise of his dear friend.

Mahesh began his career as a cinema journalist, swiftly rising through the ranks to become a publicist and marketing strategist for the telugu blockbusters Kanche and Baahubali. As their publicist, he worked with Jr. ntr and his brother kalyan Ram. Mahesh had recently produced telugu films with his production business East Coast Productions.

"With the heaviest of hearts and complete shock, I am letting you all know that my closest buddy @smkoneru is no longer with us," Jr. ntr posted. I am completely stunned and dumbfounded. My deep condolences to his family and close friends."

After reading Jr. NTR's post, many of his followers were saddened.

Stars from telugu cinema sent letters expressing their astonishment at the terrible news. Following Mahesh Koneru's untimely death, numerous telugu celebs rushed to twitter to express their condolences. He was also a close buddy of SS Rajamouli, the tollywood big-budget film director. Mahesh was also renowned for being a member of the public relations team for popular films such as the Baahubali franchise.
