Telangana Municipal Administration and Urban Development minister K T Rama Rao commented on a tweet from the Madrid government by tagging it "Arvind Kumar, let's attempt this in hyderabad, For further information, visit our hmda urban parks." Urban Development Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar stated in a statement to The New indian Express that "We are gathering information on wind gardens in Madrid and Bangkok, thailand and would take it up in hyderabad, especially in green field projects and open areas." A "wind garden" is now being constructed in Madrid with the goal of lowering temperatures by about 4 degrees Celsius.
