Magunta Srinivasulu reddy, a member of the ysr congress Party (YSRCP), has denied being involved in the purported delhi liquor scandal. Reporters were informed by the lok sabha representative from Ongole on monday that neither he nor any of his family members were implicated in the scam. He noted that his family has been in the alcohol industry for the past 70 years and that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had searched his facilities in delhi, Chennai, and Nellore. Despite this, he insisted that he and his family members were unrelated to the alleged scam.
He claimed that ED officials had not singled him out. reddy said that he and his son engaged in the liquor trade elsewhere, but not in delhi or any other region in north India, and that he and his family do not have any involvement in the city's liquor industry. He also denied utilising his political influence to advance his corporate objectives.
