PM Modi attends tamil New Year Celebrations!!!


Prime minister Narendra Modi attended the tamil Nadu new year celebrations at minister of State L Murugan's New delhi home. tamilisai soundararajan, the governor of Telangana, and the lieutenant governor of Puducherry, both attended the occasion.


The prime minister spoke on the occasion and expressed his joy at being present with his tamil siblings to commemorate Puthandu. A long-standing tradition is celebrated in the present with puthandu. Despite being so old, tamil culture continues to advance each year with new vitality. This is quite fantastic, the prime minister stated.

The prime minister expressed his fascination and emotional commitment to the tamil culture while highlighting the distinctiveness of tamil people and culture. It is amazing how the traditional tamil practise of getting new life from Puthandu every year has persisted. Because of this, tamil Nadu and Tamils are particularly unique. I have always been fascinated by this practise and have an emotional connection to it because of this, said PM Modi.

According to the prime minister, wherever the tamil people went, they brought their culture with them. "Tamil people have brought their culture and customs with them, and you can find them from chennai to Singapore, madurai to Melbourne, coimbatore to Cape Town, and Selam to Singapore. They are all marked, whether it's Puthandu or Pongal, he said.
