Pamaka has donated Rs 5 lakh to the family of killed cashew factory worker Govindarasu Bamaga, and has also stated that it will cover the grandchildren's educational fees. On the night of the 19th, Govindarasu, a resident of Melmampattu village in Panruti circle and a worker at the gayatri cashew factory, was savagely beaten to death.

The case was closed with the claim that Govindarasu had committed suicide. Six persons have been arrested and imprisoned, including Ramesh. Senthil Vel, Govindarasu's son, met Anbumani Ramadass in chennai with his wife Vanaja, Valarmati, Govindarasu's daughter - and her husband Thirumurugan, and thanked him for the actions made by Bamaka to achieve justice for their family. Anbumani Ramadoss expressed her sorrow and offered Bamaka financial support in the amount of Rs. 5 lakhs. He also pledged that PMK would pay for Govindarasu's grandchildren's schooling.
