Radhakrishnan has said that the Omicron virus has not been confirmed in anyone in tamil Nadu. As far as tamil Nadu is concerned, we are fully following the guidelines laid down by the Central Government. Omicron virus has not been confirmed anywhere in tamil Nadu. 2,928 air travelers from abroad were screened. In particular, 18 people from countries with high levels of the Omicron virus were tested.
Of these, only 3 have been confirmed corona positive. It should be understood that they are not omicron positive. There are differences between corona confirmation and omicron confirmation.
There is no difference between corona treatment and Omicron treatment. The same approach will be followed. The Omicron virus is indeed spreading fast, but only minor damage it has caused so far. When the corona arrived we were not aware of the vaccine and we had not prepared to face it. But now, there are many facilities such as vaccination, oxygen, isolation centers so people are aware of it.
If we follow the same steps as when we encountered corona, we can still defeat the Omicron virus.
