The Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has announced that the festival will be held in Goa. Suriya's film jai Bhim has attracted a lot of fans. Suriya has played a role of lawyer in this film. The film was based on the experiences of Justice K Sanduru's case. It was released directly on amazon Prime Video in november of last year and was produced by surya Jyotika's 2D company.
The director melted the hearts of the fans with the plot of Rajakannan, who is arrested in a false case and is beaten up in the lockup. The film has received many accolades since its release. The film, which received many accolades including the 94th Academy Award, was screened at the noida international Film festival earlier this year and won accolades. jai Bhim is currently being screened at the South indian international Film Awards. 45 films will be honored at the international Film festival which will be held from november 20 to november 28. It includes 20 documentaries and 25 commercial films. 
Naveen Kumar's Little Wings is on the list of Documentary Short Films. Similarly, in the list of commercial films, Suriya's jai Bhim, Kida, and Kurungu Pedal have been selected. jai Bhim's participation in the 53rd international Film festival of India, which recently won the National Award for Soorarai Potru, is garnering accolades. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has announced that the ceremony will be held in Goa.
