6 people, including women, died in a fire in a multi-storied shopping mall in Hyderabad. It is said that he died of smoke inhalation. The fire broke out on the 5th floor of the Swapnalok complex around 7.30 pm due to an electrical fault. Thirteen people were trapped in the fire, of which 7 were rescued safely and 6 died due to heavy smoke.
Six people, including four women and two boys, have died so far. All six of them were trapped inside during the fire and were rescued in critical condition. The doctors said that six people succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. Seven others were rescued safely, said North Zone DCP Chandana Deepti.Meanwhile, fire engines rushed to the spot.
