Kannada actor is urged to stop construction...?

According to officials with knowledge of the situation, the karnataka forest department has sent actor Ganesh a notice ordering an immediate halt to construction of a permanent structure in an eco-sensitive area inside the Bandipur tiger reserve. The actor has been asked to submit a report to the department within seven days as well. The case is a response to claims that the actor may have violated construction regulations in the sensitive ecological area.
The main issue is Ganesh's building project, which spans 1.24 acres inside the Bandipur reserve and is situated in survey No. 105 of Jakkalli, Hangala Hobli, in the Gundlupet taluk. No new permanent structures were allowed to be built inside the ESZ stand for any reason, and the applicant was not eligible for any fresh permissions for new constructions.
Environmentalists are worried about the building, even though Ganesh initially received approval from the Environment Sensitive Zone Monitoring Committee (ESZMC) on march 15 of this year. With particular architectural requirements and a promise to respect the area's wildlife, initial approval was given for a temporary construction with residential and agricultural uses.
According to the study, the building project gravely disregarded the conditions imposed by the Micro Sector Monitoring Committee and the director's office. As a result, the report ordered a temporary suspension of operations and suggested filing a lawsuit against the business's owner, Ganesh.
