Revanth reddy and Seethakka have been friends since their days in TDP. She joined congress after leaving the tdp alongside revanth Reddy. They were almost like brothers and sisters. Their friendship is always amazing. The relationships in the Opposition are continually changing and tend to shift in power. Many leaders employ similar relationships for photo ops and Optics, but revanth reddy stood out.

When revanth reddy led Seethakka into the cabinet, everyone was taken aback. Some speculated that she would be handed a portfolio with little power and purpose. Because Seethakka is an st lady, it is quite easy to pass over the st Development Portfolio and brush his hands off. revanth reddy, on the other hand, astonished everyone by handing her the crucial panchayati Raj, Women, and Child Development ministries.

Also, on Seethakka's part, giving her such an important portfolio is hardly a favour. Seethakka is one of the most qualified cabinet members right now. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science from Osmania University. She has served three terms as an mla and is recognised for being entirely available to the public, including those living in rural regions of her Tribal constituency. She is not married and has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
