In a disturbing trend, incidents of attacks on indian students and individuals of indian descent in the united states have become increasingly prevalent. This year alone, several such incidents have been reported, leading to a sense of unease among the indian community in America. In the latest incident, a person of indian origin lost his life in a street brawl.

Vivek Taneja, a 41-year-old co-founder of Dynamo Technologies, a company providing technical support to the US government, was involved in an altercation on the 2nd of the month.
