In a disturbing trend, incidents of attacks on indian students and individuals of indian descent in the united states have become increasingly prevalent. This year alone, several such incidents have been reported, leading to a sense of unease among the indian community in America. In the latest incident, a person of indian origin lost his life in a street brawl.

Vivek Taneja, a 41-year-old co-founder of Dynamo Technologies, a company providing technical support to the US government, was involved in an altercation on the 2nd of the month. After leaving a restaurant around 2 a.m., he became embroiled in a confrontation with an unknown individual. The dispute escalated, leading to the assailant violently attacking Taneja, causing severe head injuries.

Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene, and Taneja was swiftly taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, despite medical intervention, he succumbed to his injuries. The police, relying on CCTV footage, have released a photo of the suspect and announced a reward of $25,000 for information leading to his whereabouts.
