During this dry spell, all other sectors are struggling, yet the malayalam film industry has managed to bring three consecutive hits that have filled cinemas and lifted moviegoers' spirits. Up until Saturday, february 24th, the following movie compilations are available:
 

Premalu

Released on february 9th, the romantic comedy has made 62Cr in total revenue globally, including 33Cr from kerala markets. The film, which was directed by Girish A.D., depicts the lives of two young people in hyderabad and features Naslen Gafoor and Mamitha Baiju as the key characters.
 

Bramayugam

Bramayugam, directed by malayalam great Mammootty, has been a huge commercial and critical hit, grossing 47Cr globally in its first week of release, including 19Cr in Kerala. Today, the ominous horror thriller will surpass the 50-crore milestone. At least the following two weeks are anticipated to have a similar trend.
 

Manjummel Boys

This week saw the debut of the survival thriller, and after only three days, it has made 26 crores at the box office globally, with 11 crores coming from Kerala. This makes the film yet another success story of the year. This movie is drawing a lot of interest from all demographic segments and is predicted to be one of Mollywood's greatest grossers.
 
With these three films earning enormous sums of money from all over the world, the malayalam industry is probably going to have its greatest single day ever.
