The telugu desam party has made public its final slate of contenders. tdp announced candidates for nine mla seats and four parliament seats, with minor modifications to the previously announced candidates and the remaining seats. Kala venkat Rao, who was airdropped at Cheepurupalli to face Botsa Satyanarayana, is a prominent name on the list. 

At first, ganta srinivasa rao was the preferred candidate for Botsa, but Chandrababu insisted that the former minister run alone from the vishakapatnam district. On this list, Bheemili's place was granted to him.

Following Siddha Raghava Rao's continued indecision, the tdp sent Dr. Gottipati lakshmi (of Harshini Colleges) as a replacement to Darsi. Gummanur Jayaram, who just left Jagan's government, was given Guntakal. Anantapur Urban ticket was denied to former mla Prabhakar Chowdary, and Daggubati Venkateswara prasad was given the ticket in his place. Magunta Sreenivasula reddy received an Ongole ticket for Parliamentary seats, whereas Bhupesh reddy received a kadapa ticket. Ambica Lakshminarayana receives Anantapur, while Kalisetti Appalanaidu receives Vizianagaram.
 
The telugu desam party would run for 17 parliamentary seats and 144 assembly seats as part of the alliance between the andhra pradesh NDA factions. The Jana Sena would run for two seats in the parliament and 21 assemblies. The BJP, on the other hand, is running in six parliamentary seats and ten assembly seats.
