The essence of this is that the united states and ukraine should maintain a long-term relationship. It was decided that the united states should help Ukraine's security and economic development. These 5 deals have been discussed in the US-Ukraine talks. The US has agreed to this. Negotiations are to be held on behalf of the US with russia in this regard.
