The Union Civil Aviation minister has arranged special flights for the safe return of the victims.

The Union minister has arranged four special flights from srinagar to delhi and Mumbai. Out of this, two planes will fly to delhi and two planes to Mumbai, so that tourists can be evacuated safely from Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this, many more flights have also been kept on standby, so that immediate action can be taken if needed.

Strict instructions to airline operators to stop fare hike

Union Civil Aviation minister Ram Mohan Naidu held an emergency meeting with all airline operators. In this meeting, the Union Minister gave strict instructions to everyone not to increase the fare at this sensitive time. He has ordered all airlines to maintain regular fare levels so that there is no additional burden on passengers.

The Union minister has expressed deep condolences to the family of Chandra Mouli, a resident of Visakhapatnam, who was killed in the pahalgam attack. He has contacted the Visakhapatnam district Collector and ensured that the body of the victim is airlifted to his home with necessary assistance.

Return of the bodies of the deceased

Naidu has directed all airlines to cooperate fully in transporting the bodies of the deceased to their home states and coordinate with the state governments and local authorities. The Ministry said that after the cowardly terrorist attack in pahalgam, the Ministry of Civil Aviation is constantly monitoring the situation and is committed to provide all possible assistance to the affected.
