The health of film producer and former Kannavaram mla Vallabhaneni vamsi is not getting better.  According to a health condition provided today by the superintendent of guntur General Hospital, vamsi would need to be transferred to another hospital for a sleep test.

In relation to the false housing patta case, vamsi is presently being held by the police as a remand prisoner. Since he hasn't been feeling well for a few weeks, the physicians in the neurology department tested him and determined that he has fits, which occasionally occur while he is sleeping. Furthermore, vamsi is having trouble breathing as well.

"Vamsi is experiencing fits.  He also feels as though his breathing stops as he sleeps.  It is advised to perform a sleep test, however we do not have the required tools.  Therefore, we are suggesting that he take the test at another medical facility," the Superintendent stated. However, vamsi was denied bail by a Nuzvid local court in relation to the 2019 fraudulent land patta case that was filed against him.

Vamsi, a gannavaram mla, filed a bail petition. The court heard arguments from Vamsi's and the police's attorneys and denied the petition.  Following his arrest in the case filed at the Hanuman Junction police station, vamsi is currently housed in vijayawada prison on remand.
