Pooja Hegde is an actress from India.  On october 13, 1990, she was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra.  She is a 'Pan-India Actress' who mostly performs in hindi, tamil, and telugu movies.  From modest beginnings, Hegde has achieved remarkable success and left a lasting impression on the indian film industry.

Her cinematic career started in 2012 with a notable performance in the tamil movie "Mugamoodi," where her talent and charm were evident.  Hegde's career took a significant turn when she made her telugu film debut with naga chaitanya Akkineni in the engrossing "Oka laila Kosam," marking a turning point in her career.

However, Pooja's adventure was just getting started. Her telugu movie "DJ: Duvvada Jagannadham" launched her to stardom, and she then became the number one with "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava," "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo," and "Maharshi."  Together with the well-known Hrithik Roshan, she made her daring hindi film debut in Ashutosh Gowariker's epic historical drama "Mohenjo Daro" in 2016. This pivotal scene illustrated Hegde's adaptability and validated her capacity to captivate viewers in various film genres.

She received her education at the Maneckji Cooper education Trust school in Mumbai.  After graduating, she pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at M. M. K. College.  She was interested in Bharatanatyam and other traditional dance forms and had trained in classical dance and music for ten years.
