This event marks PM Modi's 12th consecutive address to the nation from this iconic location. Preparations are in full swing as thousands, including special guests, senior government leaders, defense personnel, and athletes, gather to witness the ceremony and participate in singing the national anthem.
The theme for this year's celebration is "Naya Bharat" (New India), which aims to inspire a renewed sense of national pride and progress.
