Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. stalin inaugurated several completed development projects in Kolathur today, marking a significant step towards improving civic infrastructure and public amenities in the constituency. The projects, implemented at a considerable cost, are aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents and accelerating local development.

During the event, the chief minister formally opened a range of infrastructure works, including road improvements, drainage facilities, public buildings, and other essential civic projects. These initiatives were undertaken to address long-standing demands of the people and to ensure better urban living conditions in the rapidly growing Kolathur region.

Addressing the gathering, chief minister stalin said that the DMK-led government is committed to people-centric development and equitable growth across all regions. He emphasized that development projects are planned and executed based on the real needs of the public, rather than mere announcements. “Every completed project reflects our government’s responsibility and accountability to the people,” he said.

Stalin also highlighted that Kolathur, which he represents in the tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, has received special attention in terms of infrastructure upgrades, sanitation, and public welfare facilities. He added that continuous monitoring ensures projects are completed on time and with quality standards.

Local residents and officials welcomed the inauguration, stating that the completed projects would significantly improve daily life, traffic flow, and access to basic services. Senior ministers, MLAs, corporation officials, and party representatives were present during the inauguration ceremony.

The chief minister concluded by reaffirming the government’s resolve to continue implementing development-oriented schemes and infrastructure projects that promote inclusive growth and sustainable urban development across tamil Nadu.
