Man imprisoned after a kid talks about Bad Touch...!

The recent judgment in a child sex abuse case in kerala highlights the importance of teaching 'good touch' and 'bad touch' to our kids. minister of education and labor, v Sivankutty said that children and kids should get the education to recognize the 'Good Touch and Bad Touch' from home and school. The child's statement in the court was the reason for sentencing the accused who was 54 years old to life imprisonment in the case of torturing a kid who was a nine-year-old boy in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The minister spoke about this on facebook today.
Children need to be educated in this society to recognize the 'good touch and bad touch' at home and also at school. The statement of a nine-year-old boy had made the accused for imprisonment due to his testimonial about bad and good touch he learned from school.
 
This tragic incident took place on november 26th, 2020. While the child was standing outside his house in Thumba. The accused Vijayakumar, who came for housework, held the kid tightly and touched his private parts. The parents had complained to the police after the child's mother reported the incident.

The kid's testimonial is that he recognized the good touch and the bad touch which was taught in school. The court sentenced the accused to 5 years imprisonment and also Rs 25000 fine.
