The Knife pelting incident in Mangolpuri...

A person lost his life in an incident of knife attack in Mangolpuri area of the capital Delhi. Apart from the deceased Armaan, four other people have also been seriously injured. The family member of the killed youth Armaan says that Shahrukh and his associates killed Armaan because he had gone to Ganpati Visarjan. However, the police say that this matter is of mutual enmity and this whole incident is related to that.

According to the report, two brothers of the deceased Armaan were also attacked by Shahrukh and his gang with knives. Shahrukh's gang later attacked two more youths Vicky and ravi with knives as they were his enemy's accomplices. While the police is describing the matter as a result of personal enmity, the family is giving religious reasons behind it.

'Hanuman devotee'

Armaan's family says, 'Armaan was a devotee of Lord Hanuman, he used to go to the akhara and worship Lord Hanuman. He also participated in the immersion of the idol of Lord Ganesha. This angered Shahrukh killed him along with his companions. A senior police officer said that they received a call at 4.36 pm that three people had been stabbed in Mangolpuri K-Block.

The injured have been identified as Armaan, Monty alias Moin Khan and Fardeen and were taken to Sanjay gandhi Memorial Hospital, where Armaan was declared brought dead. Fardeen has been admitted to the ICU of the hospital. Fardeen told the police that he was going on his motorcycle at around 2:15 pm, when he collided with the bike of a youth named Shahrukh. After this he got into a dispute with Shahrukh and his associate Shahbir.

Many people stabbed, three arrested

He further added, 'My brother Monty decided to settle the matter peacefully with Shahrukh. Monty along with his cousin Armaan went to meet Shahrukh, where a heated argument ensued. Shahrukh and Shahbir asked their associates to bring knives and finish the three brothers. After this, those miscreants attacked with a knife and fled from the spot.

Later, the same miscreant went to O Block of Mangolpuri to take revenge on one of his enemies, who had beaten up one of his brothers a few days ago. The miscreants asked Anurag and ravi about Methi, when he could not find it, he stabbed the two boys. Anurag has suffered serious injuries, while ravi has been discharged from the hospital. A case of murder and attempt to murder has been registered against the miscreants.
